REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the Section 6 of the Town Code of Ordinances (the Code) and as determined by the Town Zoning Administrator.

Permit fees for all applications, except building permits, are due upon submittal of the permit application. If a permit is incomplete or changed such that additional review is required, additional fees may be charged. If a complete application is submitted and no action is taken by the Town within 30 days, the application will be deemed approved; however the permit fee shall not be refunded by the Town.

As provided in Section 6 -7 of the Code, any person or entity who fails to obtain a proper permit or license in violation of the Code shall be subject to a fine as provided in the Code. If any violation continues, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate violation.

Any person may request a refund for any amounts charged to their credit card in error. If an amount has been charged in error, the Town shall refund the payment in full within 30 days of receiving a written refund request that details why the amount was charged in error.
